Ratnaabhyanga is a specialized Ayurvedic massage technique that incorporates the use of gemstones. Derived from the Sanskrit words "ratna" meaning gemstone and "abhyanga" meaning massage, Ratnaabhyanga involves massaging the body with specific gemstones to harness their healing properties.
During a Ratnaabhyanga session, various gemstones are carefully selected based on their energetic properties and placed on specific points of the body. The gemstones are then used to gently massage the body, promoting relaxation, balancing the doshas (energies), and harmonizing the energy flow.
Each gemstone used in Ratnaabhyanga is believed to possess unique qualities that can have a positive impact on different aspects of well-being. For example, amethyst is associated with calming and balancing energies, while rose quartz is known for its ability to promote love and harmony.

The "Strawberry Lift" is a non-invasive cosmetic treatment designed to target and reduce localized fat deposits and tighten the skin, typically in the area under the chin and along the jawline. It is particularly known for its effectiveness in addressing double chins. Here are the key features and details of the Strawberry Lift treatment:
Strawberry Lift is a non-surgical and non-invasive procedure, meaning it does not require incisions, anesthesia, or downtime associated with surgery.
It is primarily used to target the submental area, which is the region beneath the chin. This area is commonly associated with the development of a "double chin."
The Strawberry Lift procedure typically uses advanced technology that combines laser and radiofrequency energy to heat and target fat cells in the submental area. The controlled application of energy helps break down fat cells.
In addition to fat reduction, Strawberry Lift also promotes skin tightening. The energy used in the treatment stimulates collagen production in the skin, which can lead to improved skin elasticity and a firmer appearance.
The procedure is relatively quick, often taking 30 minutes to an hour to complete. Patients typically experience minimal discomfort during the treatment.

Radiofrequency Face Lift
also called radiofrequency skin tightening, is a nonsurgical method of tightening your skin. The procedure involves using energy waves to heat the deep layer of your skin known as your dermis. This heat stimulates the production of collagen.
Collagen is the most common protein in your body. It creates the framework of your skin and gives your skin its firmness. As you age, your cells produce less collagen, which leads to sagging skin and wrinkles. Skin laxity occurs around age 35 to 40 when the quantity and quality of your collagen begins to decline.
This skin-safe energy works like magic to boost the natural production of skin firming elastin and collagen fibres, as well it causes subdermal tissues to tighten and contract, making the skin stronger and smoother again.

When the laser paddles are placed on the skin, the cold red laser beams penetrate the skin just deep enough to reach the layers of fat. When the light hits the fat cells, a rapid chain of events takes place. Firstly, pores form on the cells causing them to spill out. The water, glycerol and fatty acids move into the interstitial space beneath the fatty layer in the skin. Then further water, fatty acids and glycerol spill out. The adipocyte cells are therefore reduced in size.

“Healing is not about becoming someone new — it is about remembering who you truly are.”
In this session I work as an intuitive channel between you and Source, as well as your soul.
I connect with your energy field in a quiet, intuitive way. There is no conversation or analysis during the session — I simply listen and sense what is present beneath the surface.
From this connection, I receive intuitive guidance about what may be ready to soften, release, or come back into balance. What unfolds is always individual and happens naturally in the moment, without any need for preparation or expectation.
Sometimes what becomes present is a sense of direction, your life path, and what your soul is naturally moving toward.
The intention is always to support a return to clarity, lightness, and inner alignment.
Sometimes guidance comes through clear intuitive impressions. At times, it may also arise through my connection with the world of plants and herbs, offering natural insight into what may support your balance, grounding, and wellbeing.
My work is deeply intuitive and non-structured. It is not planned or guided by a fixed method — it responds completely to what is present in the moment.
Each session is different, and nothing needs to be prepared or explained in advance. Everything unfolds as it needs to, in alignment with what is you are ready for.
In this work, deeper energetic layers may naturally become present, such as emotional imprints, past experiences, relationship patterns, and subtle energetic blockages. Each session is unique, and what is seen or felt is always guided by what is most supportive for your process at that time.
My work is also influenced by Hawaiian healing traditions and Huna philosophy, where body, energy, and spirit are understood as one continuous flow of life.
I may also intuitively work with crystals or aromatherapy, when it feels supportive to the process, to help with grounding, balance, and energetic harmony.
The intention is always the same: to gently support release, balance, and a deeper connection with yourself.

ThetaHealing is a dynamic therapy using a dream-state meditation, quantum physics & epigenetics to clear blocks and Create–effortlessly.
It renders changes in your life possible by removing limiting beliefs that prevent you from accessing your creative potential.
When we change what we believe, we change how we feel, which leads to making different choices and taking new actions.
Theta Healing works by accessing the subconscious mind in order to change limiting beliefs and feelings into empowering ones. During the meditation we enter a state called “theta” which allows us to connect ourselves to the Universal Energy.
In order to make changes in the subconscious, though, all brainwaves are used. Practitioners consciously (beta) access the subconscious (theta) to apply super learning (gamma) to rewrite programmes into your subconscious (theta) and allow them to flow (alpha) into your present and conscious mind (beta), to change or resolve the challenges you have in your life.
Theta healing can help with :
•Anger management
•Lack of motivation
•Lack of confidence

•Fears
•Loneliness
•Empowerment

Seaweeds represent a promising source of novel bioac- tive compounds with health-promoting properties which cannot be found in terrestrial plants. We love seaweeds and proudly offer variety of treatments based on these amazing sea treasures. The warmth from a seaweed wrap helps to improve blood flow and bring it closer to the surface, enhancing the look of your skin. A gentle massage with the seaweed extract at the end supports healthy circulation and, as a result, healthy skin! People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Infrared light therapy is a treatment that may help skin, muscle tissue, and other parts of your body heal.
It exposes you to infrared light which your body can feel as heat.
Some of the most troubling ailments faced by our society, like high blood pressure, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, dementia, and chronic pain, might be improved by a form of infrared (IR) light therapy.
Light therapy was originally developed by NASA in the 1980s to grow plants in space but subsequently was found to have human health benefits.
When near IR light is applied to a body site, a protein (cytochrome C oxidase) in the energy powerhouses of the cell (mitochondria) becomes activated.
This triggers a cascade of events allowing energy (ATP) to form rapidly. This energy production promotes yet another cascade of events leading to beneficial effects, including tissue healing, reduction in inflammation, pain relief and skin conditions such psoriasis healing .

Simply put, it’s better to shower before coming for you session , but no after .
•An infrared sauna is a wooden box equipped with infrared heaters that are designed to detoxify and heal the body, boost mood, and more. "Traditional saunas use steam or dry heat to heat the room and your body. An infrared sauna uses infrared radiation to heat the room.
•Unlike traditional (hot rock or steam) saunas - which operate at well in excess of 93°C , infrared heat has the benefit of being effective at a more comfortable operating temperature which is why it’s less likely to interfere with breathing and more likely to be manageable for an entire 60-minute session’s duration.
•Because infrared heat penetrates human tissue versus simply heating the surface of the skin, infrared saunas are more effective than traditional saunas at detoxifying the body.
